Reuth GmbH at the apprentice fair \u2013 Experience technology, shape the future!<\/h2>

This year, we once again took part in the training fair at the Nelson-Mandela School in Dierdorf \u2013 and the day once more showed how much potential the next generation holds.<\/p>\n

Our booth was busy early on:
Many young people wanted to know what modern manufacturing looks like today, which training opportunities we offer, and what makes our team special. Their openness, well-aimed questions, and strong interest truly impressed us.<\/p>\n

Welcome to the team!<\/h2>

We are very excited to welcome two talented trainees to our team:
Julius Zell <\/strong>(left) and Lucas Dietz <\/strong>(center) started their apprenticeships with us on Friday, August 1 \u2013 and we\u2019re thrilled to have them on board!<\/p>\n

Julius and Lucas are beginning their training as precision mechanics. Both bring fresh energy, curiosity, and a great deal of motivation \u2013 exactly what we hope for in the next generation at our company.<\/p>\n

Their first day was filled with new impressions, a warm welcome, and of course, a healthy dose of excitement. After all, stepping into professional life is something special \u2013 and we\u2019re here to support our trainees every step of the way, with trust, encouragement, and true team spirit.<\/p>\n

We look forward to the time ahead, to all the learning moments, challenges, and successes \u2013 and we\u2019re proud to accompany young talents on their journey.<\/p>\n

Reuth GmbH at the 2025 Apprenticeship Fair \u2013 Future Meets Opportunity!<\/h2>

Yesterday it was that time again: the Apprenticeship Fair at the Nelson Mandela School in Dierdorf opened its doors \u2013 and we were right in the middle of it!<\/p>\n

It was truly inspiring to see the curiosity and enthusiasm with which young visitors approached our booth. Whether they came with specific questions about our training programs or simply wanted to learn more about the opportunities at Reuth GmbH \u2013 the level of interest was remarkable!<\/p>\n

What stood out most was the excitement for technology, craftsmanship, and innovation that came through in so many conversations. Many young people are already thinking about where their journey might take them \u2013 and we\u2019re excited to offer them real perspectives.<\/p>\n

For us, the fair was once again a great success, because we were not only able to inform, but also to inspire. After all, who knows? For some, this may be the very first step toward an exciting future with us!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n

2024 was a truly special year for us at Reuth GmbH! Two outstanding young talents completed their apprenticeships as the top of their class!<\/p>\n

Nick Murawski, our apprentice in precision mechanics (HWK), demonstrated exceptional passion, precision, and dedication. Finishing as the best in his year is an impressive achievement that has inspired us all.<\/p>\n

Christian B\u00f6hm, son of our owner, completed his apprenticeship as a tool mechanic (IHK) at Eaton \u2013 and he too graduated as the top of his class! His success shows that the passion for precision and quality truly runs in the family.<\/p>\n

Both have proven what can be achieved through commitment, hard work, and genuine dedication. Their accomplishments not only inspire us, but also the next generation of skilled professionals!<\/p>\n

Our latest investment is a clear statement: With expanded capacity in the field of 5-axis milling, particularly for travel distances over 1000 mm, we are setting another milestone for the highest precision and performance.<\/p>\n

This strategic decision not only secures our innovative strength but also strengthens our position for the years to come. With this, we are creating the conditions to continue manufacturing at the highest level and to delight our customers with top-quality “Made in Germany” products in the future.<\/p>\n

We are doing this despite the current political turmoil and all the negative headlines. We are keeping our focus firmly on the future and making a deliberate investment in our location in Germany. Because only through action can we create progress and future security.<\/p>\n

Career Fair in Dierdorf<\/h2>

On November 8, 2023, we, Reuth GmbH, were thrilled to participate as exhibitors at the apprenticeship fair at the Nelson Mandela School in Dierdorf!<\/p>\n

It was a day full of exciting encounters and inspiring conversations with talented young people who were enthusiastic about our company and our booth.<\/p>\n

We were particularly impressed by the curiosity of the young visitors \u2013 many interesting questions and open-minded discussions took place. Education at New Heights<\/h2>

We are proud to have supported an impressive weather balloon adventure in collaboration with the MBG Gymnasium and the GBS Primary School in Dierdorf.<\/p>\n

With the spectacular launch of the weather balloon, the students had the opportunity to experience science and curiosity harmoniously in the open sky.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the support of Reuth GmbH, this project not only enriched their learning experience but also showed them the limitless possibilities that lie ahead in their future. Moments like these remind us of how important collaboration, innovation, and investment in the bright minds of tomorrow are.<\/p>\n

From the fascinating ascent of the weather balloon to the collection of valuable data, and the exciting anticipation of its return \u2013 this project left a lasting impression on everyone involved. Figures for the First Half of 2021<\/h2>

In the past twelve months, we have produced 22 injection molding mold and completed 85 projects. In total, we processed 7 tons of steel and emitted 46 tons of CO2. These emissions have been 100% compensated. Through our work, we have been able to hire an additional employee.
