By acquiring a 5-axis milling machine from Hermle, along with the HS-Flex pallet system, we have made a strategic investment in the future of our company. This investment will enable us to further enhance our products and provide even greater value to our customers. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our clear objective is to manufacture components and parts starting from batch size 1 in a fully automated, unmanned process. This machine serves as a hybrid mold, capable of both turning and milling operations.
The turning process primarily uses mold operating at speeds ranging from 300 to 6,000 rpm.
The milling process is performed with mold working at 100 to 3,000 rpm.
The system is equipped with four mold holders\u2014two dedicated to turning and two to milling. <\/span><\/p>\n

With 17 pallet slots and a 450 kg load capacity per slot, we have ample potential for productive ghost shifts, ensuring efficient and reliable overnight operation. <\/span><\/p>\n
