We are pleased to have put our Mazak Integrex J-200 turning-milling center into operation. This expands our capabilities in complete machining, allowing us to handle even more demanding orders. <\/span><\/p>\n

This machine is capable of manufacturing parts and components using the “Done in one” principle. This means that the different components of a part are produced in a single pass. This is a very efficient manufacturing method that saves time and costs. <\/span><\/p>\n

By combining milling and turning operations in one setup, we can complete several steps in one process. This saves time and increases efficiency. <\/span><\/p>\n

The turning diameter is 500 mm, and the turning length is 630 mm. This combination allows us to machine large and complex parts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
