Processing sizes

CNC Milling: Our facilities can process dimensions of up to 2000 mm x 800 mm x 1200 mm and 1250 mm x 1000 mm x 1350 mm, including 5-axis simultaneous milling.

CNC Turning: For rotating components, we offer machining capabilities of up to Ø 400 mm x 1400 mm in length and chuck parts up to Ø 510 mm.

Surface and Cylindrical Grinding: Our grinding machines can handle surface sizes up to 600 mm x 1200 mm and cylindrical grinding up to a diameter of 50 mm x 1200 mm, with chuck parts up to Ø 300 mm.

CNC Sinker EDM: We provide 5-axis controlled sinker EDM services for dimensions up to 900 mm x 700 mm x 450 mm, with a clamping area of 1200 mm x 900 mm.

Wire EDM: Our 4-axis controlled wire EDM machines can process workpiece dimensions of up to 650 mm x 300 mm, with maximum dimensions of 500 mm x 350 mm x 300 mm.

Laser Welding: We can laser-weld parts with a maximum weight of 150 kg.

Start Hole Drilling: In addition to our other services, we also offer start hole drilling.
