1. Product Idea

You bring us your product idea—whether as a drawing or a prototype.

2. Design

Our design team develops the exact injection mold that perfectly meets your requirements—maximizing the efficiency of your production. This is where our expertise and experience shine. We understand materials, capabilities, and processes from hundreds of application cases.<br>That’s why our proposal is well-founded and reliable from the start. Additionally, we incorporate the results of our detailed filling study into the design.<br>Your advantage: risk minimization while reducing costs and lead times.

3. Manufacturing

The manufacturing of your components comes entirely from a single source – ours! All processing steps take place exclusively in-house. This allows us to guarantee what you expect from Reuth: quality at every stage of production, tightly scheduled processes, and seamless workflows. Plus, maximum transparency: We are happy to provide you with a weekly progress update, including a current production schedule.

4. Assembly

After fitting and assembling all components, we thoroughly test your mold in our technical center.

5. Sampling

Next comes the sampling process, ideally together with you: On our injection molding machine, we test the functionality of the mold and determine the dimensions of the injection-molded part. Of course, we provide you with the machine's setting parameters – knowledge transfer is part of Reuth's service. We are also happy to produce a pilot series for you. These near-series sample parts help you conduct initial assembly trials and further tests.

6. Series Production

Would you like to outsource your entire series production? No problem – just sit back and relax. Together, we determine a production volume, manufacture in advance, and store the parts for you. What does that mean for you? You can place your orders anytime and with very short lead times. Our guarantee: The parts leave our facility within 24 hours. Plus, maintenance of your mold is already included.

7. Maximum Availability

Or we can fill your Kanban system directly. This turns an A-part into a C-part in terms of effort. Good for you because it means: no scheduling, no ordering process, a fixed item price – and maximum availability.
