Your Profile
- You have completed training as a precision mechanic, several years of professional experience, or possibly further training as a master craftsman.
- You have experience in department management and work in a team-oriented manner.
- You work independently and solution-oriented, with a high level of initiative, precision, and enthusiasm for technology.
- You have solid experience in programming single parts.
- You have knowledge of Mazak control systems.
- You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
Your Tasks
- Assignment of employees and capacity planning.
- Ensuring delivery deadlines
- Creating work schedules
- Ensuring productivity
- Actively participating in all standard tasks on our Mazak CNC lathes
- Optimizing the department as part of our continuous improvement process (KVP)
