MAZAK INTEGREX J-200 at Reuth GmbH

We are pleased to have put our Mazak Integrex J-200 turning-milling center into operation. This expands our capabilities in complete machining, allowing us to handle even more demanding orders.

This machine is capable of manufacturing parts and components using the “Done in one” principle. This means that the different components of a part are produced in a single pass. This is a very efficient manufacturing method that saves time and costs.

By combining milling and turning operations in one setup, we can complete several steps in one process. This saves time and increases efficiency.

The turning diameter is 500 mm, and the turning length is 630 mm. This combination allows us to machine large and complex parts.
