Today marks the beginning of an exciting adventure for four young men. We warmly welcome Fazli Rrustemaj, Renato Jaksic, Markus Widerspan, and Jamie Fuchs (from left to right) to our team, as they start their journey as apprentices in precision mechanics.
For 60 years, our moldmaking company has stood for precision, quality, and innovation. With fresh energy and great enthusiasm, our new colleagues will shape the next generation of skilled professionals and help us create the future.

Reuth GmbH has opened another new chapter! After months of planning and construction, we have now moved into our new office building. The expansion not only symbolizes our continuous growth but also our vision.

Career Fair in Dierdorf
On November 8, 2023, we, Reuth GmbH, were thrilled to participate as exhibitors at the apprenticeship fair at the Nelson Mandela School in Dierdorf!
It was a day full of exciting encounters and inspiring conversations with talented young people who were enthusiastic about our company and our booth.
We were particularly impressed by the curiosity of the young visitors – many interesting questions and open-minded discussions took place. It was fantastic to see how committed the young people are to their professional future and how they are seeking opportunities to develop their talents.
Our team at Reuth GmbH not only provided information about our company but also gave valuable insights into the diverse career opportunities that await them with us.
The positive feedback was overwhelming and confirmed that the next generation of skilled workers is ready to take on the challenges of the future.

Education at New Heights
We are proud to have supported an impressive weather balloon adventure in collaboration with the MBG Gymnasium and the GBS Primary School in Dierdorf.
With the spectacular launch of the weather balloon, the students had the opportunity to experience science and curiosity harmoniously in the open sky.
Thanks to the support of Reuth GmbH, this project not only enriched their learning experience but also showed them the limitless possibilities that lie ahead in their future. Moments like these remind us of how important collaboration, innovation, and investment in the bright minds of tomorrow are.
From the fascinating ascent of the weather balloon to the collection of valuable data, and the exciting anticipation of its return – this project left a lasting impression on everyone involved. Together, we demonstrated that learning knows no bounds, and the sky is just the beginning.
Increase in Capacity in the Turning Area
Starting from April 1, 2023, we will have significantly more capacity in the turning area with 2 new colleagues and 2 additional machines. We are pleased to welcome Karel Schardt and Alexander Rahn to the team.

Toolmaking Now Also in Two Shifts
In the field of machining, we have been operating in two shifts for many years to serve our customers. To ensure continuous availability of capacity in mold assembly, we have further expanded our staff in this area. By switching to shift operation in moldmaking, we can now respond more flexibly and much faster, especially with urgent orders/mold repairs.

2 New Machines – Additional Capacity in Toolmaking
Through our investment in a third surface grinding machine and an additional EDM machine, we have further expanded our capacities in the field of moldmaking. The elimination of bottlenecks helps reduce our lead times even further.

With Mr. Dennis Fetter, REUTH GmbH proudly presents the guild champion in the 2021 precision mechanic trade competition. We would like to congratulate him on his outstanding completion of the skilled worker exam.
As a medium-sized, owner-managed company, we place great importance on training our young skilled workers. This year, we were also pleased to welcome 3 new apprentices at the start of their training.
We are excited to have Mr. Fetter join our team as an excellent skilled worker after his apprenticeship and wish him all the best for his future career.

Figures for the First Half of 2021
In the past twelve months, we have produced 22 injection molding mold and completed 85 projects. In total, we processed 7 tons of steel and emitted 46 tons of CO2. These emissions have been 100% compensated. Through our work, we have been able to hire an additional employee.

Automation for Batch Size 1
To achieve this goal, we have invested in a 5-axis milling machine from Hermle, including the HS-Flex pallet system. Our declared objective is to manufacture parts and components fully automated, starting from batch size 1, without human intervention on this machine. With 17 pallet spaces and a load capacity of 450 kg each, there is enough potential for productive ghost shifts. With the highest Hermle precision, we are expanding our capacities and reducing our lead times, always with a focus on customer benefit.

Expansion of Injection Molding Technology Center
With our 420 S, we now have the third Arburg in the fleet. With a clamping force of 80 tons and a tie-bar distance of 420 x 420 mm, we are closing the gap between our Arburg 370 and 720.
